After I left drama school during the COVID-19 pandemic. I had no idea what to do as the last 19 years were consumed by the goal of becoming the next Marlon Brando. However, that all changed when I moved into the property industry as a sales and lettings negotiator. Since changing companies and moving into the City as a Sales Manager, I discovered a passion for prime real estate.

During this time, I observed a shift in how landlords were renting their properties. The idea of renting a property in central London on a short-term let for a favorable rental yield and overall better control of the property was nearly non-existent. However, more and more landlords are being compelled to enter the holiday let market due to new legislation, such as the removal of no-fault evictions.

Witnessing the change in the industry I began to question how high net-worth individuals would react with their properties, I discovered with the weakened property market, high service charges and new letting regulations that the morale amongst home owners was quite low, however the solution became ever more obvious…..

As I immersed myself in the world of short lets, I noticed a few Airbnb management companies, yet none specifically addressed the higher end of the market. This realization prompted me to seize the opportunity and establish The Guest House, providing a premium level of management for London's most exceptional apartments and homes.
