These terms govern the use of our services, including but not limited to booking accommodations, events, or services provided by The Guest House Management Limited. Your payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and signifies your understanding of the rights, responsibilities, and obligations outlined therein.

Terms of Service for The Guest House
Welcome to The Guest House, These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our short-let apartment-managed apartments in London, including the booking and payment process. By using our direct booking service or making a booking with us, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms:
By using our direct booking service or making a booking with The Guest House, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Booking Process:
Our direct booking service provides you with the convenience of reserving accommodations directly through email or other direct communication methods with The Guest House team. By completing the booking process, you agree to pay for any reservations made in full.
Accuracy of Information:
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding accommodations. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information provided. It is your responsibility to verify any details before making a reservation.
Reservation Confirmation:
Upon completing a booking through our platform, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your reservation. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancies.
Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Payment terms and cancellation policies may vary depending on the specific accommodations booked. Please review the payment and cancellation policies provided during the booking process. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date. If cancellation occurs 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, a 50% refund will be provided for all nights booked. If cancellation occurs between 7 and 14 days before check-in, a 50% refund will also be provided for all nights booked. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
Damages and Liability:
You are solely responsible for your actions and omissions, as well as the actions and omissions of any individuals you invite to access or join the Booked Accommodation. You must ensure that the Booked Accommodation is left in the same condition as when you arrived. Additionally, you are accountable for covering the costs of any damage caused to the Booked Accommodation, excluding fair wear and tear. Furthermore, you must conduct yourself with integrity, show respect to others, and adhere to all applicable laws at all times.
Owner Communication:
It is your responsibility to keep the Owner informed of your arrival time and any additional requests. Failure to do so may result in the Owner canceling the Booked Accommodation.
Payment Management:
The Guest House will manage your payment and ensure the completion of your transaction with the Owner. Payment to The Guest House constitutes payment of the due and payable price.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform or the Service, or otherwise related to the Agreement, shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Privacy Policy:
We shall handle all personal data by our Privacy Policy, and both parties shall comply with their respective obligations under applicable data protection legislation.
Disclaimer of Liability:
The Guest House shall not be held liable for any grievances, disputes, damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services or accommodations, including but not limited to those related to booking, payment, reservation, stay, or communication with the Owner. By using our direct booking service or making a booking with us, you expressly waive any claims against The Guest House and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any and all liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of our services or accommodations. We strongly recommend that guests obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their stay.
By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that The Guest House acts solely as a facilitator of short-let accommodations and does not assume any responsibility for the actions or omissions of Owners or guests. You agree to release The Guest House, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and damages, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or accommodations.

Changes to Terms:
